After you have teams, you will have to make clothesline according to the number of your teams. So if yoy gave two teams, then you need two clothesline and so on. Assign one member of each team to hold the ends of the clothesline or you can prop them up on sticks.
Distribute equal number of packs of newborn diapers to each team. Have each team line up behind the starting point away from the clothesline. Then set the time, and on your mark each member of the team will take turns in hanging as many diapers as they can on their assigned clothesline. The teams who get to hang the most number of diapers on the line wins.
It will also be fun to have some simple goodies for prizes.

Then, the next member of the teams does the same thing all over again, and so on until the last member.
